Directions for use:

Shake well before use.

For adults: 1 full measuring spoon 5 ml (or 1 teaspoon) after a meal.

Shaking before each use helps the active ingredients to be evenly distributed and ensures the proper functioning of the product.

After opening, keep refrigerated for 3 months. During storage, a natural separation may appear at the top.

Chios Mastic Oil:
Since antiquity it has been used for its unique properties. In ancient Greece, mastic oil was used for skin care, hair care and for supporting digestive health. Hippocrates, the father of Medicine, recognized its therapeutic action, while later Galen described its antiseptic and healing properties. Today, mastic oil continues to be a natural “treasure” for modern health, with an increasing number of scientific studies confirming its strong antimicrobial and antioxidant activity.

Vitamin B6 contributes to:

• the functioning of metabolic processes aimed at energy production
• normal protein and glycogen metabolism
• the normal function of the immune system
• the reduction of tiredness and fatigue
• the regulation of hormonal activity

Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) from chicory:
They are a source of dietary fiber and offer multiple health benefits. They act as prebiotics which play an important role in maintaining a healthy intestinal environment. Their low glycaemic index, low caloric value and increased mineral absorption are some of the advantages they provide when included in the diet at an appropriate dose.
